About Paige:
My start in this business was anything but conventional, and that's exactly why I can teach it. Twenty-five years ago I walked into the mortgage industry with no background, no training, and no safety net. I was a former hairstylist and a single mom who was genuinely afraid of numbers, staring down a 100% commission job with everything to prove. Nobody handed me a roadmap, so I built my own. Through relentless self-study and a refusal to quit, I found my voice and became a top 3% producer in my first year. Over the next 25 years I went from loan officer to branch manager to COO, and I've personally mentored hundreds of loan officers, taking them from lost and second-guessing themselves to confident and closing real business. I know what it feels like to be the underdog in the room, carrying that quiet fear that everyone else gets it but you. That's exactly who I built this for. I've walked this path, and I'm here to walk it with you.
